Our client, a dynamic growing financial services company seeks to employ an Employee Benefits Sales Consultant.Purpose of PositionThe successful candidate will be required to market the Company''s products and services to prospective corporate clients with the objective to build wealth and change lives for their clients and the members from an employee benefits perspective with client centric solutionsKey Reponsibilities and AccountabilityMarkets services and products to corporate clientsConsulting and recommending appropriate corporate benefit solutionsOngoing review and servicing of clients for sales opportunityBuild relationships with potential clients and employee benefit providers and know all the details of of the potential clientDevelop an action plan aroundsho w to deliver inflow budgetsBuild and develop a pipeline of prospective clients in the corporate space to ensure targets are metAct as the interface between the client and the Company keeping the channels of communication openService existing clients and source new business opportunities.

Follow up on leads and drive profitable growth and account developmentImportant Company advice and consult on a wide range of products and potential investment opportunitiesMaintains a database of pipeline of new and existing clientsEnsure when interacting with clients that you exercise perseverence, patience, and good listening skillsAlways act on behalf of the Company in an ethical manner as well as ensuring honesty, integrity and transparencyRemain client focussed at all times ensuring that you are results and solution focussed and follow through timeously as per Important Company turnaround timesKeep abreast with industry changes around benefits medical schemes, retirement funds,group risk, employee wellness programmes, expatriation health benefits etc and the products available in the marketObserve and assist within-depth analysis of the client''s financial needs and Important Company appropriate solutionsPROFESSIONALISM- Ensuring clear, effective and professional communication to the clientsAlways adhere to high standards of quality and professionalism Punctuality, formal dress codes, professional written and verbal communictionComply with FAIS code of conductAdhere to the Company''s ''Style Guide'' protocol ensure that external communication is peer reviewed before sendingTreat clients with dignity and respectKeep workstations neat and orderlyQUALIFICATIONSMatricRE5 AdvantageousCustomer Service OrientationAnalytical Thinking and Attention to DetialAssertiveness including willingness to challenge and engage respectively2 years'' financial planning or corporate benefits sales experienceAt least 1 year experience in healthcare and industry knowledgeResults and Solution Focused Passion, Drive, Energy and Follow ThroughIn the process of attaining FAIS Fit and Proper compliance NQF Level 5MS ProficientProficient in English Second Language proficiency preferableDriver''s licence
