The next Oblix Kitchen Administrator should ideally come from a kitchen background themselves, potentially a chef looking to step away from cooking, along with having an excellent understanding of figures, data analysis and financial reporting.
We require the successful candidate to have an organised and methodical approach to their work however also possessing the operational knowledge how a kitchen runs and certain challenges that can arise.
