To facilitate and coordinate training and development interventions aimed at targeted internal and external clients. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Facilitate and coordinate training interventions on targeted internal and external clients.

Facilitate and implement targeted technical training programs for internal and external clients. Coordinate procurement process and sourcing of service providers.

Monitoring and evaluation of District training events. REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION Matric (NQF Level 4) and National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human Resources Development / Education / Commerce.

Bachelor Degree (NQF Level 7) in Human Resources Development / Education / Commerce as added advantage Accredited Skills Development Facilitator / Accredited Assessor certification will be an added advantage REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE 4-6 year’s work experience in training environment Able to demonstrate : Small enterprise development experience will be essential Knowledge of Education, Training and Development CRITICAL COMPETENCIES Advisory Service Communication Stakeholder Engagement Analytical Business Acumen Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Planning & Organising Monitoring & Evaluation Performance Driven Administrative Diligence Team Work Adaptability & Flexibility Policy Adherence Negotiation Basic Computer Skills Financial Acumen Office Management Interested candidates can send their CV
