Minimum requirement

  • Excellent people, communication and organizational skills
  • Strong administrative skills and has held a position with significant secretarial or clerical duties
  • Excellent computer skills is required
  • Immigration and public relations experience will be advantageous
  • Own transport
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office(Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and all online meeting tools
  • Attention to detail and thinks out of the box

  • Duties

  • Doing research to support Immigration and Relocation team
  • Provide support with all administration relating to company
  • Assisting with preparing letters and application packs for submission to Immigration Authorities
  • Liaise with various stakeholders and Government departments regarding Immigration process
  • Answering and transferring phone calls and taking messages
  • Assist with invoicing and collections
  • Monitoring progress of visas and update reports on status
  • Submission of visas and other applications and collection and delivery thereof
  • Forwarding emails from clients to the appropriate recipient.
  • Helping to ensure smooth processes in the company
  • Filing and recording of all documents electronically and manually
  • Diary management and answering office phones
  • Keeping track of receipts of office expenses or expenses incurred by staff / managers
  • Recording daily incoming and outgoing transactions
  • Workings hours : 80 hours per month paid on an hourly rate and to be agreed based on experience.

    You will be required to work some days in the office based on company needs / projects. There will be a week of training where you will be required to work in the office.

    This is not a full time office position therefore remote working will be allowed as agreed
