The Role :

Essential functions :

  • The Operations Manager will be the contact point for all team members within area of responsibility (LVA Administration, LIFE).Â
  • Responsibilities include , managing people, tending to operational requirements and executing on strategy and executive directives.
  • Skills and Experience :

    Essential Qualification :

  • BCom / BA LLB
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • BCom / BA LLB
  • Admitted Attorney in Good Standing
  • Certified Fraud Examiner in Good Standing
  • Experience required :

  • 5 Years of experience in Long and Short term insurance claims
  • 5 Yearsâ?? experience in dealing with regulatory body / Ombudsman queries and legal debates
  • 5 Years managerial experience - team bigger than 10 employees
  • Other : Work environment :

    Work environment :

  • Working from home / remote working â?? must go to office as and when.
  • Physical demands :

  • Periods of sitting, flying, driving.
  • Travel :

  • Monthly attendance of client meetings.
