JOB ENTAILS : The incumbent will be responsible for :

  • Personal Assistant to General Works Manager
  • Overseas and local travel arrangements
  • Scheduling of meetings, training, conferences and workshops
  • Liaison with various stakeholders
  • Management report preparations
  • Cost Control
  • Office Cash Management
  • General office administration and filing
  • Any other activities of a clerical nature REQUIREMENTS :
  • Formal secretarial training e.g. Diploma or equivalent
  • Computer literate (MS Office Word, Power Point, Excel and SAP)
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Full commitment to Sustainable Development Policies & Procedures EXPERIENCE :
  • Good working knowledge of SAP
  • At least 2 years experience as a senior management level secretary
