Responsibilities :

  • Daily admin tasks involve ordering products for shipments
  • Updating Price list for clients
  • Communicating to clients around the clock on call 24 / 7
  • Follow the logistics of each shipment and making sure the flight is as smooth as possible
  • Inspect in coming stock for any blemishes, insects etc.
  • Dealing with Department of Agriculture & PPECB on a daily basis
  • Data capturing of monthly stem statistics
  • Double checking and keeping records on inventory
  • Problem solving
  • Requirements :

  • Administration experience
  • Grade 12
  • Own transport and valid license
  • Organized
  • Sober habits
  • Able to work flexible hours
  • Work under pressure
  • Computer literate (outlook, word & excel)
