IR Officer needed for a leading construction company in Limpopo!
This is a fantastic opportunity for an IR Officer to provide advice, consult and facilitate on IR structures and procedures, manage the implementation and application of disciplinary and grievance procedures and policies, implement and maintain comprehensive IR admin system, maintain all labour related policies and procedures, represent the company at the CCMA in Consiciations and Arbitrations, develop and conduct IR training, facilitate the implementation of union / management meetings and conduct negotiations at union level.
Ideally you will have a relevant Degree / National Diploma in Industrial Relations and or Labour Relations. A minimum of 6 years experience in a construction environment is essential.
