The Certificate Coordinatoris responsible for maintaining the Certification Supply Chain activities and processing within the Credential Management team to ensure that successful students receive their certificates within the SLA.
This requires accurate record-keeping, attention to detail and liaising with internal and external stakeholders where relevant.
The Coordinator will initiate, monitor and execute certificate processes and ensure that all certificates adhere to the agreed-upon standards across all University Partners.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To : Manage certificate data and storage maintenance : In office hardcopy certificate exception management / filingDigital certificate preparation and publishing : Sent to all students on successful course completionPrinting certificate letters : As required if the student requests a hard copyFacilitate printing of hardcopy certificates as required : All University Partners across all Short Course products, ensuring adherence to the Certification Policy and workflows.
