  • verified variances; submitted payroll items; maintained personnel administration incl. provident fund items and / or Arranged travel, accommodation, ext.

    venues & catering; processed claims; prepared presentations; and typed correspondence Required Experience : Three years relevant experience Qualifications : Grade 12 Primary Objectives of the Position : Handles a skilled level of calculations, verbal and written communications, outside enquiries, follow-up or explanation.

    May seek advise from a section leader but has some discretion. Handles a greater variety of tasks than lower level clerical staff.

    Normally reports to Unit Supervisor.
