We are looking for a Senior Manager : Business Integration to drive and manage Consumer Banking projects, to ensure the segment delivers the required improvements in client value proposition and client value delivery to drive market share and profits.
Furthermore, ongoing evaluation of an end-to-end value delivery to clients; identification of root causes of performance issues;
identifying solutions; and communicating requirements into the backlog of the relevant delivery squads as required. These objectives will be done in deep collaboration with other areas of Retail and Business Banking and Nedbank.
To facilitate prioritisation of demand for Consumer Banking projects, in line with business objectives.
Evaluating the end-to-end value delivery to clients, and analysing root causes of performance issues and facilitate resolution.
Assists with delivery and backlog maintenance of business-as-usual projects
To work with delivery partners.
Ensure quality projects / processes / systems delivered on time and are fully aligned to Nedbank's business requirements and deliver services to client expectations and Nedbank standards.
Facilitate understanding of the documented Consumer Banking requirements as required and facilitate understanding of these requirements.
To report regularly on the progress of the various projects.
Actively engage to establish trust and respect of department members, stakeholders & manager / s through active engagement with all parties.
Delivered best practice services to client expectations.
Provide agreed information, resources, professional advice and strategic contribution to relevant stakeholders on time, in budget, within quality standards.
Ensure professional field is leveraged to enable strategy and that proposed solutions related to the field are embedded in strategy.
Manage multiple assets through the development, implementation, review of strategies and planning for area.
Essential Qualifications - NQF Level
Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
Advanced Diplomas / National 1st Degrees
Honours Degree or equivalent
Minimum Experience Level
5 - 8 years in Business Management / IT environment
