Cape Town - Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and manage employees of the branch
  • Taking of inventories, reconciling cash with sales receipts
  • Handling of day to day administration including month end reports
  • Ordering of stock / prepare requisitions to replenish stock
  • Ensure compliance of employees with established reports security, sales and recordkeeping procedures and practices
  • Administer stock takes
  • Record stock movement / transfers
  • maintain internal & external stakeholder relations
  • Utilize company networks for new business opportunities
  • Provide advice and quotations to clients on product offerings, application and after- sales service
  • Report functional information advice (Agrismart & Qlikview)
  • Monitor, interpret and apply information for operational and customer management
  • Ensure risk management, governance and legal compliance Minimum Requirements :
  • A recognised retail qualification or Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
  • National Diploma in Marketing / Retail will be advantageous
  • A minimum of 2 -3 years relevant Junior Management experience in Retail sales
  • Appropriate experience in agricultural and retail industry
  • Knowledge of AgriSmart, Microsoft Excel & Outlook will be beneficial and will further strengthen your application
