Min of 3-5 years in the same field
Strong labour relations experience
Experience with disciplinary hearings, CCMA and arbitration
Strong, clear communication skills
Valid driver’s license

Communicating and interpersonal skills; the ability to work with numerous constituencies
Knowledgeable in equal opportunity and affirmative action requirements.
Confidentiality and sensitivity, particularly when making judgments on specific issues
Having good knowledge of Disciplinary inquires, Disciplinary Hearings (chairing and initiating)
Being able to Object to CCMA matters,
Apply for Postponement, knowing the CCMA rules
Have knowledge of the different Bargaining counsels such as the DRC, MIBCO, MEIBC
