R18 000pm Pastel Payroll skills and experience as a Payroll Administrator is a pre-requisite for this position.
Expatriate payroll experience is highly advantageous.The successful candidate must meet with the following minimum requirements : -
Matric, Level 1 Pastel Payroll and Tax Training Certification- Relevant HR / Bookkeeping Diploma would be advantageous- Working experience in a Payroll administration role (200 + staff minimum)-
Working knowledge of Tax Legislation and Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Labour Relations Act, etc.
in a South African context- In depth working knowledge of statutory requirements- Fully computer literate and advanced Pastel Payroll skills-
Pay attention to detail whilst coping under pressure and meeting deadlines- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills-
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)- Good attention to detail, problem solving and pro-active approach- Posses a high degree of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality-
Own vehicle and valid drivers licence would be advantageous
