The Key Account Manager will be expected to administrate and maintain a portfolio of client accounts in the loyalty, assist, and mobile app industry, providing complete and dedicated customer service.

Manage and coordinate all administrative activities with regard to both new business and existing clients, including the maintaining of day-to-day operations of contracted services.

Building strong and strategic client relationships (this would include a very high percentage of day-to-day and monthly administration management) and executing projects flawlessly while ensuring agreed-upon deliverables are achieved.

Career and ownership mentality is required with a mature working standard.

Requirements :

Very strong administrative skills are required as this job demands around 90% of administrative tasks.

  • A minimum of three years experience in a similar role
  • Very high level of client administrative tasks and management
  • Degreed or office management diploma individual preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (specific experience in Excel preferred)
  • Attention to detail is critical
  • Deadline driven
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and quick to use initiative
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Afrikaans preferable)
  • Focus on accuracy
  • Maintaining existing client relationships
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to multitask and focus on numerous projects at any given time
  • Drafting of proposals, contracts, agendas, and minutes

    You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing, and executing new strategies

    This position is based in Sandton . The current requirement is to work from the office one day per week , other days’ work-from-home.
