    Purpose of the Role :

    Sponsored Content Manager will take responsibility for growing Superbalist advertising revenues. The scope covers all of Superbalist’s platforms, including website, blog, social, print, etc.

    The purpose of this job is to ensure that advertising sales targets are met and executed to the highest standard.

    Sales

  • Responsible for generating advertising revenue by identifying prospects, developing strategic plans, preparing presentations and proposals for media opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, external brands and agencies.
  • Managing client and agency relations from pitch-stage to end of campaign analysis.
  • Ability to demonstrate the exceptional connection between our brands and audiences with strategic and innovative ideas delivering scale and efficiency.
  • Campaign Management

  • Setting KPIs for each campaign
  • Reporting; supply client with interim and post-campaign report
  • Review reports to ensure campaigns are on track to meet objectives
  • Creative Project Management

  • Manage multiple projects across digital, BTL, ATL and events in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
  • Ensure all projects are produced on-brand, to budget and to tight timescales.
  • Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders across such as marketing, editorial, buying, production, tech, media agency and legal.
  • Work with other departments to observe a shared calendar to manage bookings at key business periods.
  • Ensure commercial materials are either procured from clients in the required format or briefed and produced by the in-house team.
  • Facilitating the creation of bespoke content between client and in-house editorial team.
  • Admin

  • Complete Advertising Agreements and obtain client signature as approval.
  • Send out invoices to clients, follow up on payment of overdue accounts with the help of the Accounting Dept.
  • Follow up on upfront payments from clients where required (obtain proof of payment).
  • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma / Equivalent Certificate of Higher Learning
  • 2 years advertising agency / advertising sales experience
  • Excellent presentation, communication and writing skills

  • QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in a leadership role in fashion brand marketing is a plus.
  • Proven experience working with data-led, shopper marketing insight & strategies.
  • Operational efficiency : experienced multi-tasker, calm under pressure with strong organisational skills.
  • A visual and verbal communication expert.
  • Skilled in Excel with proven experience and ownership of budgets / P&L’s.
  • Understanding of the legal, rights management and regulatory landscape of content production.
  • Driven and willing to roll up your sleeves, take on new assignments, and juggle many things at once. Exceptionally strong multi-tasker.
  • People skills, this position is highly interactive demanding the individual be highly relatable, easy to engage with, building strong relationships with colleagues, partners and the media.
