A Financial Services and Healthcare Industry Company based in Bryanston requires a Senior Broker Consultant for the Gauteng region

Qualifications : -

Commercial degree

FAIS compliant (Meet Fit and Proper Requirements for a Representative)

Skills and Experience :

At least 7 - 10 years’ work experience in a similar environment

Financial Services / Health Industry knowledge

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Results driven and energetic

Strong work standard and a passion for building relationships

Must be comfortable working in a competitive environment and have a true passion for the Industry

Sound Competitor knowledge and wide market intelligence

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Computer literate - Knowledge of MS Office packages (Excel, Power Point & MS Word)

Imperative : Driver’s License and own vehicle

Marketing Executive

Scope of Responsibility :

Support both independent and corporate brokers

Keep accurate business pipeline, interpret results and adjust strategies to meet new agreed new business targets.

Develop and maintain broker relationships

Develop business partnerships between brokers and the company

Promotes sales in liaison with brokers

Ability to provide detailed product training and ongoing product support to brokers and intermediaries

Deal with queries and provide information on products and services

Understand and interpret quotation requests from brokers and action internally within the required company processes

Actively promote all company products

Ensure that clear information is always given to clients

Ensure that there are no unreasonable post sales barriers faced by clients

Build relationships with internal departments to ensure superior service is offered to clients

Have a detailed knowledge of competitor product and service offering as well as industry developments

Ensure that customers' queries / disputes are resolved in an efficient and effective manner within the agreed Company SLA timelines

Any other duties as assigned by the company from time to time
