Experience Requirements : Minimum of 10 years? experience, 5 years at senior management in a Commercial / Business environment.

Knowledge and understanding of business principles and application thereof Ability to identify and seize business opportunities Strong leadership and people management skills, influence and networking skills in a multi-cultural context Fluent in English and Afrikaans (written and spoken) and presentation skills Result orientated attitude paired with an outstanding communication and influencing skills Mining industry background highly advantageous Sales experience in a similar industry and or related field advantageous Knowledge and Experience of Technical Systems and Equipment for the chemical Industry will be an added advantage Knowledge of Hygiene Systems will be beneficial Proven ability to achieve sales targets and increase market share Physically fit and in good health ?
