Minimum requirements for the role :
Matric is essential.
Excellent computer literacy with strong Microsoft Office suite experience is essential.
Strong typing and administration skills are essential.
Highly organized and attention to detail is essential.
Excellent command of English with strong spelling and grammar is essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for :
Efficiently and effectively assisting the General Manager and his team with all aspects of the office which includes managing and coordinating all emails, liaising with customers, coordinating meetings, screening of calls, etc.
Taking minutes of meetings as required.
Assisting with and proposals, typing various documents such as quotes and tenders.
Addressing incoming emails and telephonic correspondence and contracts, attending to them in the right manner.
Managing incoming faxes.
Managing and controlling office supplies, consumables, receiving deliveries and ensuring that any collections are arranged as well as running any errands.
Arranging all training sessions, seminars and conferences.
Salary package is highly negotiable based on experience gained.
