Manage current customer incoming calls. Provide customers with feedback regarding availability of product and delivery times.
Communicate with logistics team. Communicate with debtors team to ensure payment. Achieve sales targets. Manage customer inquiries and feedback to customers.
Maintain customer database. Grade 12. Minimum 2 years experience in customer relationship management. Computer literate.
Enthusiastic, motivated personality. Articulate and well spoken in English and Afrikaans. Honest, hard working and reliable.
Very customer focussed. Very high level of integrity.
