Present the Rich Products range of frozen non-dairy and bakery products to our clients and ensuring that all our products are listed correctly with the correct pricing.
Acquire new customers and build lasting relationships with them. Achieve agreed upon sales targets, by product, month and fiscal year.
Participate in and implement our sales strategies by, helping our customers to build their businesses by continuously checking on the quality of their products on merchandising techniques and product innovation.
Oversee the training of associates of our customers by organizing training sessions in the RichTech training facility. Negotiate at management level.
Regular reporting on calls to customers, market trends, activities of the opposition and new opportunities for us to do business.
Ensure that price increases are communicated in the proper manner to our customers. Arrange, bake off, set up and run the relevant Trade Shows.
Execute any other reasonable duty that is given to you by any member of management. Full responsibility for the baking of the Rich Products range Bake for open days and customer demos Full regional responsibility for the Foodservice channel and all related customers Presentation and preparation of regional business plans by customer Experience and Education Sales experience of FMCG, frozen foods or bakery products.
Baking & Culinary Experience Previous experience in Foodservice is essential Experience working with Distributors will be an advantage A relevant Food Industry Diploma or Degree
