Experience in financial services, investment and risk-relatedadministrative environment. Valid drivers license.Generating quotes (Investments, life cover etc.

Implementing and monitoring client proposals and submitting applicationsImplementing changes, switches, additions etc.Manage client queriesArrange and finalise repurchases and withdrawalsSubmitting transfers etc.

Manage and drive outstanding requirements (FICA, Medicals etc.)Ensure that the product provider implements instructions correctly and within any reasonable timeframeAssist with event planning where necessaryGather and prepare information for client meetings (Reviews, proposals, implementations etc.

Ensure processes set by head office are followedEnsure client filing (Online and physical) is up to dateGeneral office duties - Scanning, printing etc.

Manage advisors diary (Client birthdays, meetings etc.)Provide holistic administrative support to the financial advisor
