Our client in the FMCG industry is looking for a QA Team Leader to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Take ownership of the QA environment to drive stakeholder visibility and experience.
  • Ensure Business and Technology are aligned by implementing processes that surface disparity.
  • Create a testing ecosystem that reflects the challenges and environment of our clients.
  • Support the creation of an automated testing capability to support the business.
  • Drive business profitability in the context of cost management through business solutions.
  • Formalising and agreeing on Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) measurements and manage Customer satisfaction audits for the business environment to maintain and enhance the dynamic nature of the Quality Assurance.
  • Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers, and senior staff members by providing input to business requirements.
  • Compile monthly Quality Assurance reporting including budget variances and board reporting.
  • Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements for implementation of Quality Assurance programs.
  • Provide process, benchmark, quality and other related trends to ensure development of total quality programs that can be executed in the business.
  • Implement and maintain all business products services to meet quality standards in the quality assurance programmes deployed in the business against required metrics.

  • Ensure efficiency of Quality Assurance Products that will increase service productivity and performance in support of business solutions through quality of work delivery and improvement of system and process efficiencies.
  • Manage own development to increase own competencies.
  • Educate management / leadership on Quality Assurance related initiatives, requirements, principles, guidelines and methodologies to business unit.

  • Required Skills

    5 Years of Experience Qualifications *Grade 12 (completed with Mathematics).

  • Strong Microsoft Office experience.
  • 5 years’ experience as a Software Test Analyst in a QA division.
  • Experience with an established QA framework (such as HPQC, Jira).
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Professional development certifications (such as ).
  • Experience in testing in high-pressure environments such as financial services and medical.
