Key job responsibilities for this German speaking Technical Support Engineer in Cape Town, South Africa :
Supporting our Endpoint products, including but not limited to ENS, MVision, including information requests and managing customer technical issues to resolution, maintaining proactive communication at all times.
Helping customers to proactively combat Malware attacks
Providing technical support for Enterprise Support Customers.
Working on Service Request / Support allocations, as well as internal improvement projects.
Provide administrative support, including producing reports for management.
Log all activity associated with any service request in our CRM system so that a complete and thorough record is maintained.
Taking ownership of technical issues until a resolution is provided.
Participation in Technical Forums.
Key job requirements for this German speaking Technical Support Engineer in Cape Town, South Africa :
Native fluency in German and advanced knowledge of English
Experienced in managing Global Enterprise Customers..
Network or IT Security related certifications.
MAC OS and / or Linux exposure.
Working knowledge of MS SQL
Able to quickly learn about new products and technologies.
With excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to assess and understand the impact, severity and urgency of issues.
