Cape Town - We are looking for a Product Support Specialist for our client in the Payments space. You will be responsible for the successful on-boarding of banking partners and the post-live support.
This includes; being the first point of contact for queries and on-boarding, delivering training to first line support, measuring and optimizing query volumes, and identifying areas of improvement.
Requirements : Relevant Tertiary Qualification Recognized IT Service Management Qualification Minimum 5 years' in e-Commerce technical support role Knowledge of settlement systems, back office switching, and payment gateways Understanding of APIs, scripting of front-end and back-end, and JSON messaging SDLC understanding
