They currently have an opportunity for an Internal Sales Administrator who has experience with SYSPRO and 3 year sales administrative experience.
Position details : Customer liaison in order to determine customer needs.Liaison with Product Managers, Technicians, Procurement, Stores and Buying Department.
Assist sales team leaders / reps where applicable.Processing of sales transactions on SYSPRO for quotations, order acknowledgements, requisitions and dispatch notes.
Expediting / maintenance of backorders.
SYSPRO reports, review / follow-up and maintain data.Completion of relevant documentation, import and clearing instructions.
Completing export shipping documentation / export returns.Arrange export collections with shipping agents.Compile and maintain Excel and Word documentation.
Location (country, city) : AlbertonJob Qualifications, Skills & Experience : Grade 12 or equivalent.Minimum 3 years Sales Administrative experience.Analytic and systematic.
Knowledge of sales figures in order to determine mark-up, GP, cost etc.
Computer literacy - MS Office and SYSPRO knowledge and experience (essential).Technical background / experience in lifting equipment.
Knowledge of export / import function / shipping export / import.Self-motivated, ability to work under pressure and perform duties with minimal supervision.
Ability to communicate, understand, read and write English (essential).Must be punctual (essential).Company
