Minimum requirements for the role :
Must have a tertiary qualification Agriculture
Previous sales experience would be ideal
Good relationship building and organizational skills are important
Must be computer literate with a high level of Microsoft Excel proficiency
Good communication skills, specifically in English and Afrikaans, with the ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders of all levels, will be required
Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel
The successful candidate will be responsible for :
Conducting site and client visits with the Area Manager.
Promoting and presenting the company products to existing and prospective clients.
Assisting area Sales Managers with sales, harvesting, planting and related technical requirements.
Providing assistance with seed complaints and other queries.
Ensuring targets are reached.
Preparing and delivering reports.
Salary package is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
