The successful Accounting Assistant / Clerk will be working closely as an Assistant to the Accountant. Responsibilities include :
Following up with debtors
Following on invoices and credit notes
Balancing payments against invoices
Following up with suppliers for POD’s, etc.
Reconciling accounts in a timely manner
Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
Provide assistance to company personnel
Candidate Requirements Requirements :
At least 1 years’ experience plus relevant qualification
Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
Data entry skills
Experience with spreadsheets
