Oversee the formulation, communication, execution of the corporate and digital strategy and ensure alignment to the objectives of the shareholder and government priorities;
Drive digital transformation throughout company and government business;
Provide Executive oversight for ICT research and innovation;
Oversee the definition and implementation of digital marketing and communication strategies;
Oversee a digitally enabled enterprise programme management across the business;
Financial and business management; and
Human capital management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualifications :
Degree in Business or Information Technology or equivalent (NQF Level 7 and Credits);
Honours or Masters degree will be an added advantage.
8+ years of professional experience which includes strategy development, digital transformation, innovation, digital marketing, business development, management consulting and stakeholder management, ideally with exposure in both public and private sector;
At least 3 + years working experience at an Executive Management level and managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders;
5+ years of experience in information-intensive industries or digitally advanced enterprises. Experience in innovating business models and developing new channels, business models or business transformation.
Strategy and management consulting experience desirable.
