Organising packages to be delivered from the office. Providing general support to the Office Manager. Ensuring security procedures are followed.
Ensuring customer complaints get logged on the system. Following up on customer complaints. Minimum requirements for the role : Minimum Matric is essential.
Previous working experience as a Receptionist is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential and must be well-spoken in English.
Must be computer literate with basic knowledge of Excel.
