  • Answer phones, screen calls and accurately take telephone messages Greet and welcome guests, offer refreshments Coordination of booking of vehicles, cameras, GPS and other equipment Invoicing and payment follow-ups Assist with debtors, creditors and accounts as required Assist EIA Consultants with printing & binding and mailing of letters Preparation of waybills for courier and placing call with courier company for collection Petty Cash Assist all departments with admin duties Management of office and kitchen consumables General filing, faxing, email, post etc.
  • Coordinate and arrange company travel arrangements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : Have a sunny disposition & sound communication skills in English Excellent attention to detail Ability to multi task and prioritise deadlines Good time management skills Familiarity and sound ability with Microsoft Excel and Word Proactive with a can do attitude Contactable references Matric
