The Role :

We are looking for an experienced IBV Administrator (Advanced) for a fixed term contract for Pretoria.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Provide general assistance to the Operations team and end users
  • Adhere to the PIC processes (Problem, Incident Change Management
  • Perform daily operations tasks and end user support
  • Enable end user knowledge transfer and training
  • Work closely with other functional consultants, developers, product owners and various global stakeholders in a bigger feature team
  • Good ability to do basic trouble shooting
  • Ensure that team members adhere to the IT Application methodology and standards
  • Ensure that agreed company policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Essential Skills Requirements :

  • OPS Basic Training
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
  • IT experience delivering operations support services
  • Experience in MS office products (Strong Excel Skills required)
  • Advantageous Skills Requirements :

  • IBV (Company's specific tool)
  • IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Technical Continuity Management (TCM)
  • SAP Authorization knowledge
