Personal Assistant to the GM and HR Manager : Company based in Randburg

  • Organizing and planning meetings
  • Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
  • Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
  • Various ad hoc requests - office duties
  • Must be able to work on PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Create graphs
  • Draw full reports from SAP
  • Computer literacy
  • Verbal and written articulacy
  • Professional discretion
  • Efficiency
  • Well-developed time management skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • 1 to 2 years of working experience in a Personal assistant capacity.
  • Preparing communications on behalf of a managers
  • Answering phone calls
  • Assisting HR as when required with certain duties
