Job Description

The purpose of this role is to conduct inbound policy sales. Initiate the customer relationship and meet various KPIs. Connect with the customer, conduct needs analysis and propose customer solutions.

The consultant requires a solid knowledge of products and the market, with a focus on growing the company brand.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain customer relationships as first point of contact
  • Customer Relationship Management CRM
  • Identify products or services that best meet the customers needs
  • Performance management by prioritizing and optimizing own workflow to achieve sales targets
  • Identify potential customers by obtaining referrals and recommendations
  • Operational compliance by following company policies and procedures
  • Keep abreast with changes in external regulations, internal policies and procedures
  • Education and Experience

  • SAQA Accredited Qualification / Equivalent ( 120 FAIS credits )
  • RE 5
  • 2 years’ experience in a Call Centre environment
  • Avaya telephonic system (advantage)
