Main Duties & Responsibilities : Effectively employ sales methodology skills to achieve targetsIncrease the level of revenueIncrease share of target marketConduct ongoing research and database managementMaintain an accurate and current databaseIdentify and develop sources of potential clientsRegular communication andwith clients - relationship development and maintenanceOvercome client resistance and objections to productsAdvise Management of client feedback / comments relating to product content and pricing as well as company performanceImportant Company a weekly planned scheduleAchieve sales activitiesDemonstrate a full knowledge of all products, selling points and benefits in order to match appropriate products to client requirementsMaintain knowledge of competitor products and services and activitiesImportant Company time-phased, reports on achievement and activitiesLiaise with other members of the BD team to promote sales opportunities etc.

Weekly / monthly management reportingAbility to travel up to 50%Educational Requirements : Grade 12Business related Diploma essentialBusiness related Degree an added advantageExperience and Skills Required : Minimum 3 years- experience in Office Automation or IT industry essentialMinimum 3 years- experience in Sales, Marketing and Business DevelopmentExperience in working with corporate business and dealing with Senior ManagementExperience in business process managementExperience managing and closing complex sales-cyclesComputer literate MS OfficeProduct knowledge advantageousStrong Board Room Presentation skillsConflict resolution and mediation skillsProblem solving and critical thinking
