Job Description
We are looking for an inexperienced Retail Manager intern to oversee the daily operations of a retail store. You will be the one to ensure smooth running of operations to maximize sales and minimize costs.
Responsibilities
Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation
Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines
Commercial awareness
Proven experience as retail manager is no relevant cause you will be trained
Excellent organizing and leadership skills
Knowledge of retail management best practices
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent knowledge of retail management software and MS Packages is necessary
Grade with experience in sales, administration is relevant, Diploma and degree can apply now
