  • We are the fastest growing car buying service in South Africa!What we do : At Weelee, we help customers sell their vehicles in a way that is safe, quick and easy for the best cash price!Duties & ResponsibilitiesMake 80-100 calls per day to assist current customersHandle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
  • follow up to ensure resolutionLiaise with multiple departments effectively to get the correct information to clientsEnsure that administrative duties are accurate and timelySolve complex problems through teamwork and creativityEnsure that all company guidelines are followed by clientsWork together in a team to reach targetsEnsure individual targets are met daily as set out by managementEnsure that excellent customer service is given to each client to maintain high CSI ratingsFollow company communication and administrative procedures, guidelines and policies Desired Experience & QualificationSkills and Experience Required : Matric / Grade 12A minimum of 2 years’ experience in retentions / customer service / salesExcellent negotiation skillsProblem solving abilitiesAbility to work in a team and on their ownExcellent administration skillsMust work well under pressureA clear and friendly telephone voiceA target driven attitudeMust have own reliable transport Successful candidates must be available to take calls and work remotely outside office hours Candidates must have a computer and internet available to be interviewed remotely.
