The purpose of this role is to develop, plan and execute the marketing strategy for the company. Key responsibilities include developing globally the marketing strategies and campaigns to increase demand generation and brand awareness.

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field, MBA preferred;
  • 8-10 years’ experience in Marketing Executive role, preferably within the IT Industry or SaaS / Cloud industry;
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets;
  • Extensive experience in sales, marketing, advertising, brand and reputational management;
  • Digital experience is key;
  • Experience in sales lead generation is essential;
  • PR experience is beneficial;
  • Influencer and analyst relationship experience is beneficial
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Chief Sales Marketing Officer (CSMO) in managing all marketing functions to achieve the company objectives of increased sales;
  • growth; profitability; market share and awareness, whilst ensuring a consistent marketing message and positioning globally consistent with company direction;
  • Together with the CSMO own and define the SYSPRO brand and ensure the messaging framework is defined and clearly understood by all key stakeholders internally and externally;
  • Deliver and assist the regions with Sales Lead generation activities with a focus on the customer journey and experience;
  • Display a digital first approach and ensure that the most optimal digital toolsets and strategies are being used to promote SYSPRO;
  • Review and sign off on all Corporate initiated newsletters and communication;
  • Review and iterate the Marketing Technology Stack regularly to achieve standardized and best in class tools globally;
  • Create campaigns, initiatives and programs to generate interest and demand for our product offerings and company;
  • Jointly with the CSMO measure the effectiveness of the global marketing departments and implement improvements;
  • Focus on building communities with our customers, partners, analysts, media and industry influencers and consultants;
  • Together with the Chief Product Officer develop and execute on an annual strategy for the key ERP analysts and influencers globally;
  • Manage Channel Marketing initiatives, COF Funds and ensure that PartnerUP Campaigns are implemented;
  • Focus on creating joint marketing activities and initiatives with global ISV’s;
  • Partner closely with the Corporate Product Management department for the creation of solid plans and Marketing strategies that will have a vast outreach reflecting the targeting, segmentation, and value proposition development of the business;
  • Prepare and manage the annual Marketing budget for the Corporate Marketing department and provide strategic direction to the Regional Marketing teams;
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, internal communications and promotional material);
  • Participate in planning of company objectives;
  • Report on all marketing activities to the Chief Sales Marketing Officer;
  • Work closely with other heads of departments and regions on company projects;
  • Plan and execute global led company events
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
