4 Years' experience in a mill QC laboratory Computer literacyKey Outputs Managing Group prerequisite program(PRP) through implementation, training, maintenance, verification and review thereof to ensure adherence to all standards and requirement Trends analyses are available and manage any negative trends via communication to ensure corrective actions is taken and implemented in time Managing the quality control system on site by ensuring QC tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated to ensure compliance always Information has been verified against specifications and that deviations queried On time data capturing of information on LIM system, ensure that it correlates 100% with source information Trend analyses are available, report and negative trends are addressed through communication to ensure corrective actions are taken, implemented and effective Managing functional activities of the quality control laboratory and test bakery Audits is conducted as required on the QA system Quality inspections is conducted as required Hygiene and pest control inspections is conducted Compile daily report and report non-
