Human Resources Manager - Pinetown Introduction The Melki Group is a diverse group of companies with expertise in various industries including civils, construction, plant hire and property development requires an experienced Human Resource (HR) Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities The HR Manager is responsible for undertaking all HR and people-management related tasks, including the following : Implementation and adherence to the KPI system.

  • Plans the plan” for the different divisions ensuring the following : Deliverables are clearly articulated Project milestones are identified, captured, and tracked Project risks are proactively identified and managed The project operates within the budget agreed upon Operational inefficiencies are constantly tracked, and solutions implemented Monthly / Quarterly status reports are compiled and presented Builds the required relationships both internally and externally so that performance is optimized Ensure that the organisation is structured and managed optimally Ensure job design align with KPI requirements Change management Talent management Adherence to HR and labour law policies Recruitment and induction –
  • familiar with personality testing such as Meyers-Briggs / Discovery Colour Insights Chair and mediate any conflict related issues and undertake the dismissal process –
  • experience at the CCMA Employee wellbeing and team building Employee benefits and bonuses Provide audits on leave, absence, overtime, Staff turnover, and any required employee-related management reporting.

  • The successful candidate should possess the following attributes : Organised Strong EQ and interpersonal skills Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills needs to be decisive –
  • ldquo;hands on” / “take charge” personality that proactively solves challenges. Must be a conceptual, lateral, and strategic thinker.

  • Honest, ethical, and trust-worthy Agile – the environment is fast paced and continuously changing Desired Experience &
  • Qualification The successful candidate is required to have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, finance or business commerce with industrial and organizational psychology.

    A minimum of 10 years’ experience is required; 5 of which should be in a management role. Package & Remuneration Salary : R25 000 per month If you have not recieved a response within 4 weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.
