Customer Success Consultant, Quantium Health South Africa Johannesburg , Gauteng , South Africa Analytics Full-time Partially remote Quantium Health is a joint venture between Quantium and Discovery Health.

By mining scale datasets, we match drugs and devices to patients and providers, enabling manufacturers to optimise their data-driven sales and marketing initiatives.

The Role Quantium’s Health products delivers a best-in-class understanding of market intelligence and patient journeys through in-depth analysis of product utilisation, market comparison and healthcare outcomes .

The Customer Success Consultant at Quantium will be deeply embedded within the Health SA business and drive the success of our Health products to power bigger and better possibilities.

This is a product champion role within the Quantium Health South Africa team. This person is a commercially minded product expert that drives the client on-boarding, adoption and embedding of products through on-boarding programs and on-site support, sharing best practices on how to get value from products.

This person will be a client representative back to the core product team providing direct feedback on existing features, functionality and processes, as well critical insight and direction for new product capabilities that would benefit both the clients they represent, and the product in general.

The role will be a great fit if... You can bring the following skills and experience to the team : 3+ years experience in a customer success’ role and / or product management role Working knowledge and experience of the commercial functions within the Health industry An appetite and understanding of data & advanced analytics use cases Collaborative and engaging style with the ability to positively influence a variety of stakeholders across all levels and functions The ability to identify process improvement changes, implement change management and confidently facilitate training More about Quantium Health Data is abundant in health care in South Africa and Australia, but often remains fragmented in silos.
