An admired Architecture Firm is looking for a Junior Marketing Coordinator to join their motivated team. They are one of London’s most revered practices and the role will give you ample exposure to the industry and a brilliant place to grow into a strong marketer.
You should be a dynamic and self-motivated person who is used to working in collaborative environments. The successful applicant will report to the New Business Manager at their office based in City, London.
Job description :
Preparing proposals, qualifications, packages and presentations for prospective clients.
Drafting, editing, organizing and proofing various marketing collateral, including proposal content, project sheets, resumes, brochures, and interview content / PowerPoints to ensure content is comprehensive, competitive and client-
specific, as well as in accordance with the company’s brand standards.
Creating / managing templates and boilerplate.
Support in researching clients, market trends and background information.
Support in the scheduling and tracking of proposals / qualifications packages to meet deadlines and assisting in production efforts.
Tasks may also include coordinating
Managing project and client data in databases and marketing collateral.
Supporting other offices and / or national sector- or discipline-specific initiatives, as required.
Performing support and / or administrative tasks, as required.
Skills necessary :
Graphic design experience.
2+ years of experience in a similar environment, preferably within Architecture, Engineering or the Construction industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong team ethic.
Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills.
Ability to interact professionally with office leadership and clients.
Ability to self-manage project assignments from start to finish with minimal oversight.
Technical production skills are necessary and require a demonstrated ability to effectively use database applications, Microsoft Office and the Adobe Creative Suite.
