Acts as the owner of Incident management & Requestfulfilment activities in Vodafone Money Transfer support team. Handle all daily incidents and Service request raised by Customers within agreed SLAs and performing all Daily Health checks for ensuring High Service availability.

Handling the support from End to End for both issues and requests

Manage and maintain all backend servers in order to provide reliable service according to the SLA

Ensure End to End Service Monitoring is in place for all services

Apply any new requirements or changes in the production platform via change control process

Supporting all M-Pesa in Markets through INC / PBI / CRQ

Engaged in Weekly Service review Meetings for each Market

Perform Sanity checks for any new deployments in Production Environment.


Linux / Unix administration knowledge.

  • Oracle and Mongo database concepts knowledge
  • Windows Servers deployment, support & troubleshooting
  • Goodknowledge on Networking theory and Network design
  • Microsoft Messaging Technology background
