Our top candidate will lead two of our Software Development (Kumo South) teams in Cape Town, South Africa. These dynamic teams are comprised of Software Development Engineers and Development Managers.

Beyond the typical software development management skill set, we’re seeking someone that understands Distributed Computing, Big Data, Machine Learning and Web Development to deliver our required solutions.
BS in Computer Science (or equivalent) with at least 10 years of industry experience.
At least 10 years of experience managing enterprise software engineering teams.
Technically credible to lead a team of world class software engineers and development managers and be able to deliver the right product with a scalable engineering design.
The ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment is critical.
