Responsibilities : The most important function of the customer service consultant will be to delight our customers with first call resolution support and assistance, whilst maintaining excellent relationships.
Accurately logging calls with detailed information on our customer business system. Applying effective customer care principles to all calls.
Provide effective assistance & training to customer users on the EasyDebit system. Represent the customer to the rest of the business by becoming the customer’s advocate.
Effectively communicate both orally and written. Ensure escalations processes are enforced and maintained effectively. Being proactive with own development and company knowledge using available learning resources daily.
Retain ownership of and manage customer queries within appropriate turnaround times. Providing administrative support to the business development executives, and dealing with internal & external customers on any business-related queries.
Being able to up & cross-sell company services and products to customers. Requirements : Grade 12, a certificate or diploma in customer care or CRM systems would be advantageous.
2 years of Customer Service Experience. A high level of numeracy and computer literacy skills in MS Office (advanced Excel).
Own / Reliable transport and being able to travel from time to time. Ability to converse in multiple languages.
