Plan and visualise activities to target FMEA / Control Plan review and improvement.
Lead activities to achieve this.
Plan and implement / oversee activities to reduce the risk of non-conformances within manufacturing.
Plan and visualise activities to confirm process capabilities throughout the plant based on quality systems and best practice.
Identify and prioritise areas and / or characteristics requiring the most urgent intervention.
Lead and conclude projects to improve process capability and reduce variation in a sustainable manner.
Travel as necessary to support operations and affiliates.
Perform other assigned duties incidental to the occupation.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering, or either S4 or N6
At least 2 years' experience in a complex manufacturing environment
Gear manufacturing experience coupled with machining experience highly advantageous
Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and knowledge of GD&T
Good understanding of core tools
