  • experience and use of the company's products and services Modify rental agreements and capture rental information on Wizard to ensure the rental agreement is accurate for billing purposes Batch all documentation according to work instruction on a daily basis Ensure QCEs are completed accurately Follow the lost property work instruction Correctly complete damaged reports and follow the accident, damage and report work instruction Print and action all required Wizard reports as per process in Wizard Reports Work Instruction Investigate and report any unresolved / suspicious matters on reports to Manager / Supervisor immediately File all documents Cash is collected, captured in Wizard and secured immediately Complete cash reconciliation form and balance cash in Wizard according to work instruction Report any cash discrepancies to supervisor / manager immediately Any petty cash used in approved and signed off by manager / supervisor Apply all rates as per work instruction and procedures or under the supervision of the supervisor / manager All queries are investigated, resolved and feedback provided to relevant party Follow the Breakdown and Accidents work instruction Ensure that the customer is assisted in the event of a requested exchange, vehicle breakdown of theft Constant communication with customer during the experience and ensure that the customer is satisfied after the experience To provide any additional service to the customer during the rental period e.
