Responsibilities :

  • Leading, motivating, coaching, and developing a sales team to deliver customer sales volumes and reach KPI targets.
  • Utilise sales team efficiently through effective sales call cycles, customer segmentation and customer geography through implementation of a sales strategy taking in consideration customer sales turnovers.
  • Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of customers.
  • Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
  • Continuously proposing solutions that meet the objectives of customers.
  • Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams.
  • Resolving any issues and problems and dealing with complaints.
  • Preparing progress reports and forecast sales.
  • Creating, interpreting, and presenting key account KPIs for sales team.
  • Generate new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
  • Executing marketing initiative with customers.
  • Recruit and retain a pipeline of sales representatives, in line with business strategy.
  • Logistical planning with the National Operations Manager to ensure customer service and sales are optimised.
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years solid Sales Management experience.
  • Tertiary qualification diploma or degree in Sales and / or Marketing.
  • Must have a real passion for excellent customer service.
  • Results driven, motivated self-starter who can work independently in a demanding environment.
  • Leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills on all levels.
