Success in this role will depend largely on two factors - drive and research
The successful incumbent will be required to analyze, identify and research the job market and which industry to target, building sounds knowledge on how to best build new business and identify and solve staffing requirments and challenges in said space
Our connections and background can open a lot of doors but your effort will decide how far up the ladder of success you will go
Furthermore included but not limited to;
Build positive relationships with clients'' companies.
Gain new business.
Screen potential candidates.
Arrange advertisements for publishing.
Assess potential candidates.
Draw up shortlists.
Set up interviews.
Interview candidates that match the position.
Make notes on potential candidates.
Report to the Team Lead and Unit Manager
Desired Experience & Qualification
Degree / Diploma in Humanities or HR highly advantageous
Proven track record of successful billing
Account management experience would be advantageous.
Formal courses and on-the-job training preferable.
Excellent communication skills.
Computer literacy skills.
Good numeracy and literacy skills
