Description We are looking for a intern to join our Customer Services. You are responsible for answering their queries efficiently and in a timely manner.

You will provide all the necessary information to the clients while adhering to our company policy and procedures. To be successful in this role, you should have extraordinary communication skills to handle all types of customers.

Provide the required information to the customers Resolve any queries regarding the services of the company Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction by solving customer queries as soon as possible Maintain cordial relationships with customers Maintain database by updating customer information on daily basis Explain new features to the customers and answer their questions Write communication scripts for inbound calls Keep the team informed about customer calls and demos on a regular basis High School / Grade 12 Proficient in English with extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of MS Office Efficient in achieving targets Should be a team player Excellent organizational skills Good decision making abilities.
